In Gurudev's teaching, the three powers within every human being are the power of desire (iccha shakti), the power of knowledge (gyan shakti) and the power of action (kriya shakti). The masterclass gives one session to each.
Is it live or recorded?
It's recorded. Gurudev gave this masterclass in front of a live audience in Berlin in 2025. Once you enrol, you can watch all three sessions whenever you like and as often as you wish.
Do I need any meditation experience?
